Embrace Your Wellness Journey
Warmest
Welcomes
As a mother, the journey of entering therapy is a profound act of self-care, one that ripples outward to benefit the entire family. For many mothers, the demands of raising children, managing a household, and often a career, can lead to a unique set of challenges, including burnout, anxiety, and a sense of losing one's identity while navigating a new one.
Therapy provides a dedicated and confidential space to explore these feelings without judgment. It offers a chance to unpack the complexities of motherhood—from the joys and triumphs to the moments of frustration and self-doubt. By seeking professional help, a mother can develop coping strategies, set healthy boundaries, and rediscover her own needs and desires.
This commitment to personal growth not only improves her own mental well-being but also models resilience and emotional intelligence for her children, creating a healthier and more emotionally supportive family environment.
Motherhood is a journey unlike any other. Let's talk about what that means for you.

Our Services
-
I offer mobile therapy appointments for mothers on a case-by-case basis in the East Modesto, Riverbank and Escalon area. To help ensure your privacy, we will discuss and plan for any potential challenges related to technology and your home environment which could limit confidentiality. For instance, we will need to consider the presence of devices like Google Home, Amazon Alexa, security or other recording devices that may compromise the confidentiality of our session. We can work together to find ways to keep your sessions as confidential as possible.
